We grew up in rural Iowa and Wisconsin, where our communities were supported almost entirely by local manufacturing jobs.

Our mission is to let American manufacturers grow faster than ever before by giving their offices the same leverage robotics gives the shop floor.
03What changes
When quoting, order entry, scheduling, and all the other office paperwork handles itself, a sales team can get more business in the door, and production can execute more efficiently all without needing more headcount.
04How we build
We build every agent on the customer’s own history and tribal knowledge, not an industry template, and we build it on their floor. That is what makes the work stay here.

Arzana has offices in Chicago, Illinois; Ames, Iowa; Appleton, Wisconsin; and New York City. We are intentionally embedded in the industrial heartland we serve. Our engineers work on our partners’ floors across the United States, learning how each team works, start to finish, before we build. This forward-deployed model ensures our tools actually work for the people using them.
Three things set Arzana apart. First, we are specialized, not generic. We only serve manufacturers, so every tool is built with deep industry knowledge. Second, we are forward-deployed. Our engineers work from your facility, learning your processes and people before writing a single line of configuration. Third, we are partners, not vendors. We customize Arzana Agents to work in sync with your existing systems and personnel, and we measure our success by your outcomes.
We are a small, fast-moving team solving real problems for American manufacturers.
