Data export and deletion
Your data is yours. You can take all of it with you at any time, and have it deleted when you leave.

- Everything: inputs, outputs, configuration, and audit logs
- Format
- CSV or JSON
- When
- Any time during your agreement, and for 90 days after it ends
- How fast
- Delivered within 30 days of your request
- Deletion
- After the 90 days, ask and we delete everything: raw inputs, generated outputs, learned context, your model, and backups
- Proof
- Written confirmation of the deletion within 30 business days
- If Arzana stops
- All your data within 30 days, plus 90 days of help moving to another system, at no charge
How to ask
Email support@arzana.com from an administrator’s address and say whether you want an export, a deletion, or both. Your named engineer confirms the request and tells you when it is done.
