Users and access

Your administrator decides who on your team can sign in to Arzana and what each person can see.

Signing in

Password and MFA
Each person signs in with a username and password plus a one-time code by email or text. Your administrator can require the code for every user
Single sign-on
Sign in through your company’s identity provider over SAML 2.0 or OIDC, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google. Available on request at no extra cost

Adding and removing people

To add or remove a user, email support@arzana.com from an administrator’s address, or ask your named engineer. When someone leaves your company, tell us the same day so their access ends with their job; if you use single sign-on, turning them off in your identity provider also ends their access to Arzana.

Limiting what each person sees

Users can be limited to specific divisions, regions, or product lines, so each person sees only the work that is theirs.

Activity logs

Sign-ins, password changes, data access, exports, and configuration changes are logged with the user and the time, and kept for at least 12 months. Your administrator can ask for a copy of these logs at any time, as part of a data export.
