Your responsibilities
Arzana secures your environment, your data, and our own team. A few controls can only sit with your team, and our security depends on them as much as on ours.
| Your team | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Keeps the user list current | Ask us to add people when they need access, and to remove them the same day they leave or change roles |
| Uses strong sign-in | Require multi-factor authentication or single sign-on for every user, and keep passwords private |
| Reviews before relying | Approve, edit, or reject each draft, and check what your agents produce before you act on it |
| Manages the access it grants | Keep forwarding rules, connector permissions, and ERP accounts for Arzana at the level you chose, and remove them if you stop using a feature |
| Tells us about changes | Let your named engineer know before an ERP upgrade, a new mailbox, or a change to how your team works |
| Keeps its own systems secure | Protect the computers, networks, email accounts, and ERP your team uses to reach Arzana |
| Reports concerns quickly | Email security@arzana.com as soon as you suspect someone has reached your account or data who should not have |
Questions about any of these go to your named engineer or support@arzana.com.
