Getting started
Every Arzana agent is built on site with your team, from your own history, and goes live in your system in 30 to 60 days.
How we build
01
On site.
An Arzana engineer spends time on your floor, learning how your team does the work today, start to finish. The first day of that visit is your kickoff, scheduled together within 30 days of signing.

Build.
We build your agent on your own customers, parts, pricing, and history, and on the know-how your team has earned.
03
Beta.
Your team runs live work through the agent and tells us what it gets wrong, and we tune it with their experience until it works the way they would.
04
Live.
Your agent goes to work inside your system. Your named engineer stays assigned to you for as long as you run Arzana.
What your team provides
- A point person
- One person who owns the project on your side and can make decisions
- Time with the team
- A few hours with the people who do the work today, during the on-site visit and beta
- Your history
- Past orders, quotes, or invoices, so the agent learns how your shop actually works
- System access
- Access to your email and ERP at the level you choose (see Integrations)
- Your sign-off
- Approval at go-live that the agent does the work as agreed
