Reviewing and approving work

Every draft your agents make waits for someone on your team. Nothing writes to your ERP or sends to a customer until a person approves it.

Approve, edit, or reject

Approve
The draft is right. It posts to your ERP or sends as written
Edit
Fix what is wrong, then approve. Your agent learns from the change
Reject
The draft should not go out. If it keeps happening, tell your named engineer so the agent can be adjusted

How your agent learns

When your team edits a draft, the agent learns from the correction, so the same fix is not needed the next time. What it learns stays in your environment and serves only your company.

Asking for a change

If you want an agent to work differently, such as reading a new field, following a new pricing rule, or producing a new report, describe it in plain language to your named engineer or support@arzana.com. Changes like these are included in your subscription, and your named engineer tells you when each one is live.
